I got referred here from another local auto mechanic that doesn't do auto body work who said Hangtown Body Shop does good work at a reasonable price and that's why he uses Hangtown Body Shop for auto body work. This proved to be true. The customer service was good. They were very commutative and worked with my budget really well and were understanding of me paying out-of-pocket. The hangtown auto body crew was amazing! Got a new windshield put in our ford explorer way under competitors pricing. Was in and out within an hour. Job was well done and clean. Staff was very nice and the owners are top notch people!! Highly recommend them for your service needs.
The torrential rains on February 13 overflowed our creek and I had to back up on a one way road. I missed the curve in the road and plowed into an iron fencepost, destroying my back bumper! Hangtown body shop evaluated the damage, gave me a professional (and reasonable) estimate and within a few days, they had replaced the bumper. It looks as though nothing happened!!! I was in the area on vacation visiting my partner. Hit a dear in my new Ram TRX. Called them and they got my truck right in, they were amazing start to finish working on it! Misty always kept in the loop with what was going on with parts and progress. Some things took time waiting on parts being a new vehicle. But they were nothing short of amazing through the whole thing! And they dealt with my insurance the entire time which was also amazing! 100% would take my truck back there for work any day!
