I showed up unannounced. Fender needed replacing. Got a quick quote. Agreed to a cash price. Received a call when parts came in, scheduled a time for drop off. Repair and paint work completed within 4 days. Paid the quoted price with no surprises. An overall pleasant and positive experience considering the circumstances. I have and will continue to recommend Hangtown Auto Body. They've also done glass replacement for me with the same positive outcome.

My in laws are in their 70s MIL and 80s FIL and while on a regular weekend trip to Tahoe they ventured off into Carson City and Reno which is normally what they do. Anyhow m, on their way back to resort in Tahoe they hit a deer the damage was bad. They called us for help I instantly knew who I was going to call for body work!
