Great service in cleaning our recent items. I also recently purchased a beaded gown which I thought I needed to get hemmed but the woman said it’s a perfect size, great length. I said really? I appreciated her honesty. She said it was a beautiful gown and fit me perfectly.
Never going back here and would caution anyone considering using them. Been going for almost 9 years and couldn’t believe how bad they’ve become. Shirts are never clean. Had me pay extra to redo my white shirts only to receive them dirty again. No refund, no care. Almost lost it. NEVER EVER GOING BACK.
THE WORST CLEANERS EVER! THEY ARE RACIST ASIAN! DO NOT GO THERE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. THEY GAVE MY CLOTHES TO SOMEONE WITHOUT THE TICKET AND COULDN’ T SAY WHO SHE GAVE IT TOO. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT!!!
I dropped off my dress and showed her the stain, explaining that it was from an iron. She said ok and put the piece of tape on it. When I picked it up, lo and behold, the stain was still there. She refused to refund me and refused to try cleaning the stain again, explaining that some stains just don’t come out. While that may be true, she’s been in business long enough that she should what stains don’t come out, and she should have told me that when I dropped it off. Horrible customer service.
