I dropped off my dress and showed her the stain, explaining that it was from an iron. She said ok and put the piece of tape on it. When I picked it up, lo and behold, the stain was still there. She refused to refund me and refused to try cleaning the stain again, explaining that some stains just don’t come out. Don’t use this establishment. Horrible customer service. It’s time for the owner to retire. Took a dress in to replace zipper. Owner burnt my dress in multiple places. Rude, very disrespectful and unprofessional!
