Steven was so very helpful. When he came out for inspection. He explained everything so that we had a better understanding of how the chinmey/fireplace works. He explained and showed us the leak issues and what was needed to have it safe and functionable. He came back for repairs and was even more helpful. He helped us with sealing the chimney and a leak issue. He also explained all the warranties. He is very polite and professional. My husband and I are very greatful and pleased. HIGHLY recommend. VERY satisfied.
Today was my first experience with A-1 and their representative Calvin. Very impressed. Calvin took care of everything in a timely matter, answered questions and I highly recommend to anyone who has chimney needs. No reason to call anyone else.
Trying to close on our house and the home inspector and the buyers gave specific instructions on what they wanted replaced in order to close the sale. I called to see if A1 would do specifically what I needed done, nothing more nothing less, and I was told I had to pay $200 for them to come do a diagnostic on it when I was already quoted $400 for the job by someone local. $200 just for the diagnostic of something I don't want a diagnostic on is wild. Calvin got the heat back on! Thanks for your professionalism and swift service today (13 Feb 2025). Not only did the immediate issue get fixed, an inspection of the system was also and performed to ensure it was safe and compliant. Calvin also offered some technical pointers for keeping our gas fireplace up and running. I recommend A-1 Chimney Pro if you want the job done right.
