A-1 installed my wood burning insert. They offer an annual inspection. A-1 has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and accessible. Dillon has been the service representative for the last 2 years. There is no one better!! Thanks Dillon for representing A-1 so well. Finding service providers today that actually care about their responsibilities can be daunting. A-1 has that covered. Thank you!!
Pleasant, good work, very professional
Calvin with A-1 Chimney did a great job inspecting and servicing our pellet stove insert. He did a thorough inspection and full cleaning of the stove as well as the pellet flue pipe. We are first time owners of a pellet stove insert and he took the time to explain the stove operations and answered our many questions. The office staff is very friendly and helpful with scheduling and general questions. I will certainly call them for servicing and annual maintenance in the future.
Jesse was absolutely wonderful!!!! We were very glad to meet him. He did an excellent job! Jesse is a very , very hard worker & so deserving of a very,very good raise!!!
