Great experience with A-1 Chimney. Servicemen are extremely efficient and very knowledgeable about what they doing. Explained everything about what they did. Answered all my questions completely. The ladies in the office are exceptional as well. Any time I have a question, they have such a pleasant attitude in getting things worked out. That is why I continue to use this company year after year.
Calvin Ralls and his assistant Ethan did an outstanding job servicing our fireplaces and dryer today. Both were very professional and friendly. Great customer service. We made an appointment for next year.

He was thorough and clear explaining all he thought we should know and consider for moving forward, and answered all our questions. Great experience. Jesse has completed the work today…. Great full chimney cap in place, and the power wash and seal process will help keep the fireplace functioning for a good while. Very pleased with everything
