Drunk and high when he arrived, quoted $150 on the phone for a deep clean then told me it's gonna be $600+ for a clean, I'm dissapointed because I needed a professional to help after he cleaned for 10 minutes, SMH terrible service
Should have read the reviews first!!! I thought this was a different company, but similar to other reviews, we feel like this business scammed us. We were quoted approximately $150 for a level 2 inspection, which included an indoor and outdoor inspection, plus a cleaning. The individual showed up in a van with no company branding, was dressed in street clothes, and was not interested in even inspecting the chimney from the roof. This place is a scam . The technician had no idea what he was doing. Tried to charge me a $99 dollar inspection fee after being almost 2 hours late and just glancing up my fireplace with his phone flashlight. After I told him I would pay him half for our time, he agreed but when i checked my credit card statement, was still charged full price.
Very unprofessional. Quoted for a sweep and inspection for $250. Once the tech arrived and took a 3 minute look of the firebox and up the chimney we were then told it would be $499 for an upgraded sweep and an additional $300 for inspection services. Poor way to waste peoples time and money. Do not bother
Company came out and did an assessment and charged me hundreds of dollars to fill a minor crack with some type of compound. Took the kid about 20 minutes to do. Then they spray painted the inside of the chimney box and did a very spotty / patchy job. After that the tech went outside to do a visual inspection of the exterior and denoted additional gaps and cracks that required tuck pointing. They charged me 900 for tuck pointing that took the kid less than 45 minutes to do and about another 700 for the interior. IN total the ... read more
