This was a great experience from start to finish. They were really responsive to inquiries, and it was easy to schedule a cleaning and inspection. Asher was our technician and was lovely to work with. Respectful of the house (booties on the feet to not track) and explained all the work he'd be doing. It was really fast and thorough. Our fireplace is older and had a crack in the bottom of the metal. Got a quote. The tech that came out and did the quote was wonderful. However I have now sent them a 700$ deposit to get the job done and I am essentially being ghosted. I get told daily a manager will call me back and nothing happens. No one seems to know where my money went but the bank says they cashed the check. I'm probably going to have to sue to get my money back and my family will freeze this winter because we don't have the money to go to another company now.
Advertised that they serve 98257 zip code. Called got a next day appt YAY and follow up texts confirming appointment with a window of 8-11 am Rescheduled work and other appointments to be home. Received a text on day of appointment that they would not be coming as they do not service La Conner as advertised and set up. Phoned them to discuss rearranged work etc only to have appointment canceled, could have cared less and offered no other help. Do not trust them
We had A1chimney inspect our property and I have to say they exceeded our expectations, the inspection was very thorough and professional, we ended up doing some repairs replacing our chimney crown and repointing it. Highly recommended to anyone in WA!
I honestly have to give praises to A1chimney , from the inspiration to the repair everything went great! I have my chimney rebuilt since it was in a really bad condition . They did a beautiful job.
