Booked A1 Chimney Services and they simply didn’t deliver, no service was actually provided despite the appointment. No proper explanation, no follow-up, just wasted time waiting on them. Very unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend relying on them.
The inspection report was very brief and didn't explain the condition of the chimney in any useful detail.
This was one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. I paid $750 for what was supposed to be a professional chimney cleaning, yet there was still a significant amount of soot left behind. After researching the market, I discovered that chimney cleaning usually costs only $200–$300. Charging $750 for an incomplete job is outrageous. I feel ripped off and would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company.
The appointment window was between 9 and 11, but no one showed up until after 2. I rearranged my whole day for nothing.
