This project was one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had. I initially contacted A1 Chimney through Thumbtack to repair my fireplace. After an inspection, I was told that the entire fireplace unit needed to be replaced. We received a quote and decided to move forward with the installation. I’m so glad that I called A Chimney for my Gas Fireplace inspection.Eli was my technician who came for inspection and I can say he has magic hands because he fixed my fireplace problem in less than 5 minutes with no issues, when I had some other technician on same day who told me that this can’t be fixed without ordering new and expensive parts for it. I do want to start this with saying that I did have a lot of helpful and kind people during my journey. The technician was very kind and did want to rectify the situation to where I was happy. Overall the services Provided were subpar as far as workmanship goes on relation to price.
