The technician seemed confused why he was there once he arrived. I needed 2 level 2 inspection on both fireplace. The guy was in and out and did not perform the work. He wrote nothing in his report about the cracked firebox and did not run a camera down the flu. I'm waiting on a call from a supervisor but I won't hold my breath. Now reading other reviews it seems they can't ever find the customer info once a bad review is left. Our fireplace wasn't venting properly causing smoke throughout the house. The team carefully inspected the chimney and fixed the problem. Everything is working perfectly now and we truly appreciate their help.
Before they will book an appt they want a 50% deposit! WHAT! There are no services on the planet that want a 50% deposit to make an appt. They dont have materials to buy so why a deposit?
I had a wonderful experience with this chimney service. They installed a quality chimney cap and answered all of my questions along the way. The technician was respectful punctual and left everything neat when the job was finished. Great service overall.
