Just an awful experience with A1 Chimney. First, they installed the wrong unit which melted the entire system and would have probably burned down my house if I wasn’t able to personally shut it down by getting a pair of potholders, taking off the glass screen and cutting the gas off myself (of course the remote they provided with th system was not working). A1 service! I should have called them from day one! Very professional, clean and most importantly affordable. The tech (who was the Owner) actually showed me what was wrong, and showed how he was fixing it. He cleaned it thoroughly. This is a company you can trust.

He was at the end of the day and he drove all the way to Leesburg to help us. He assessed the problem and quickly fixed the pilot. He also pointed out that something was not wired correctly in our breaker panel and he said an electrician should check it. He was very helpful.
