Our new heat pump was installed on May 14. We signed up for the A1 Chesney Advantage Program, which offers an incentive: a digital credit card. The incentive is supposed to be delivered within 6-8 weeks. It has been 8 weeks and we have not received these monies. What's worse is the lack of transparency from A1 Chesney's administration. No one can tell me what the delay is. Where is our incentive? Also, the workmanship on the installation is questionable. I had to reapply aluminum tape to seal gaps in the new ductwork. I received a phone call and text to let me know he was on his way, which was super helpful working from home to ensure I wasn’t in a meeting.
