Richard from A1 Chesney completed initial free home consult for furnace replacement via Costco. Very personable and easy to chat with. Knowledgeable with product, warranty and services. No pressure sales with personal touch. Remains very responsive via text messages if I had follow up questions. Had another great Experience with the A1 Chesney team. They called to set up the Spring visit to checkout the air conditioner. The Tech Evaristo even called to ask if he could come earlier which worked out great. He did a great job both inside and outside the house - ensuring he kept everything clean and tidy. Every time he visits I learn something new about our system. Very appreciative of the work he did and how conscientious he was while working at our home. This was our second major purchase from A1 Chesney. We are repeat customers based on previous experiences. We had a heat pump installed this time. Craig in sales explained and answered all of our questions and was always available to respond to questions as they came up. The installation of the new heat pump and thermostat was done within a few days.
