Morad was amazing and answered all of my questions...i can't imagine better customer service...top notch!!!
A1 Chesney Evaristo, called & arrived early this morning, told me he was only going to look at the tankless water heater as the furnace & garage heater was too early to do, which was fine. While checking the tankless, he found a problem with the reservoir on the furnace, called for a part, and returned later this afternoon to replace. I am very happy with Evaristo as he was very pleasant to deal with. Thank you.
Morad was professional and friendly. He did an excellent job on our yearly tune-up.
George was friendly and very patient in solving the problem. Thank you.
