SCAMMERS!!! Went in to cash a $100 money order I received that said no mobile deposit he asked to see my deposit history on my bank account then proceeded to screen shot my account. How would it be shown deposited into my account if it has no mobile deposit and if I went to a bank they would have kept it?!
Very poor service . after an hour and half of waiting .. when they told me it was gonna be just 10 minutes .. I kept asking question .. and the only answer they give is they are working on it ... Manager Ali, tried his best . But couldn't help the situation .. all he was doing is calling people .. they never updated my info after I gave them my ID.
They cashed my check and shows cleared but they said it was returned
If I could rate this place 0 start, I would. The representative who declined to provide me his name was extremely rude and misleading. There was a lack of transparency and he was very sarcastic. My brother and simply wanted a cashiers check and lied about the transaction and charged me multiple times without letting me know. A business like that should be shut down immediately, it is family owned and operate multiple locations. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. They rob you!
