I just stopped by to ask if they did vehicle inspections because I was lost and confused. The employees were rude and unfriendly. I parked for a moment to check my GPS since I’m not from the area, and a man came out aggressively telling me I couldn’t be there, that they don’t do inspections, and that I needed to leave immediately. Lady over the phone told us as long as we got the car there before 6 we could fill out the paperwork and leave it with them. We got there at 5:55, cutting it close I know but our tow truck got to us really late and the lady assured us they'd be able to take it. When we pulled up, again only 5 mins before they were actually supposed to close, the gates were already closed and when we called to see where she was at she told us she had already left to pick up her boyfriend and we'd have to bring it back tomorrow. pretty fair price. Had it torn down and back up pretty quick. I haven’t had any trouble with the transmission yet.
Told me to bring my car in and then once I got here after paying the tow service 250 bucks. I was told they didn’t have space. They actually have plenty of space, but for some reason, my car wouldn’t have fit. I was given excuses like these are employee parking. I asked can I park behind the employee parking and they can park in front of my disabled vehicle. Then I was told that he doesn’t feel comfortable because the lot doesn’t have a fence around it.
