I called ahead and was told to come in for a transmission diagnostic. When I arrived, I was told to come back another day. After I mentioned that I had already called, they then told me to return later that afternoon instead. The communication was inconsistent and the customer service felt unwelcoming, so I decided to go elsewhere.

I brought a transmission to ken for a bench job. Just a simple 4r100 in a 7.3 diesel truck. I did the install myself . Completely capable Grew up turning wrenches with my dad since 6. Second day I started having problems. Slow shifting and slipping. Brought it to Ken and he fixed the issue in one day. Drive home was good. Two days later its starts not holding gears and slipping in overdrive. Take it back to Ken and he keeps it for 3 days took it apart and went through it. That lasted about a week. I was referred by a close friend and they fix my transmission issue and I was able to pick up my jeep, great customer service and very organized.

I had brought a transmission over there to be rebuilt and installed. After the installation (3 weeks later) Ken told me in order to warranty the transmission I had to take the Truck over to be tuned by Tito’s LX Tuning. After the truck arrived at Tito’s he told me the wiring was bad and that truck needed to be rewired because no power was going to the transmission. The trucks had previously rewired already.
