Excellent customer service! I brought a Nissan Micra from A1 in November 2024. The customer service back then was great, but it's nothing compared to how great they were after I'd signed all the paperwork and taken the car home. Six months later I had a problem with the brakes which wasn't just wear and tear. I went back to A1 to express my co concerns, fully expecting to be sent away. Bought a car less than a year ago for almost 10k already maybe have to scrap it i won't be going back there again. The owner Trevor is rude, Kept saying they was going to help but never did. Typical delivery boy car dealer
Quick and painless to buy a car from these guys, and they are all so friendly. Ian has been especially helpful when it came to not only purchasing my vehicle, but also in arranging a hire car and getting my car fixed when it had a surprise issue.
