A1 cars are brilliant! I’ve had a few teething issues with my car and it’s been back to them a few times with various things. I needed a new subframe fitting and they replaced the other side at the same time free of charge. I was away in Scotland for a week and couldn’t take my car as it needed doing and they offered to pay half of the fee for a higher car for me so I could get up there. Absolutely astonished at how amazing the service has been that I have received. I recently traded in my car and purchased a Q5, Firstly, The customer service has been 10 out of 10.
