Absolutely horrible!! Scheduled service for today at 3pm and he was a no show!! Try to support our own and look what happens!! He could've reached out to say something, but no, I had to reach out AFTER the appointment time. I DO NOT recommend this supposed "company" AT ALL!!!!

Very prompt and professional! He explained everything he was going to do and he did exactly that! A-1 Carpet Cleaning is now our choice!
The young man was on time very Respectful and professional and even clean all 3 rooms in a timely manner I would definitely recommend A1 carpet services in the near future! Great Job !
