Booked him to clean part of my couch and area rug. Couch was cleaned fine but the area rug ended up soaked in water when he was finished. Once it dried it started smelling horrible, like a wet towel left in a hot car too long, but stronger, and the rug also became very stiff and was curling up. I reached out very kindly and professionally looking for a solution, he told me that it was my fault and that my dog must have urinated on it afterwards.
