Had a super rude gentleman come around today from A1 carpet and tile. We called A1 over to clean up a couch that had been stained only a few days ago, they quoted us 90 dollars for a two seat couch. Which was fine. When they arrived, they told us the price would now be 120 as the (still) two seater couch was bigger than they thought. Following this, the man absolutely drenched our living room, water absolutely everywhere. He finished it up in about 20-30 minutes, vacuumed the floor and went outside.
