I would not recommend this company. I had an appointment with them to stretch and repair our carpet. I had removed furniture from the rooms to be repaired. A1 Carpet never showed up for the appointment. I called Tom and left messages and texts asking why he didn't keep our appointment, and he never returned my calls/texts explaining their missed appointment.

A1 CARPET CARE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST. I cannot say enough about their work ethic, kindness and helpfulness during the past week. Tom and his crew not only did a fabulous professional job they were very kind and considerate all the way. Tom kept me informed each day as to what to expect and how things were progressing. I suffered a burst pipe on Monday that drenched my carpet in my closet & into my bedroom. They came out same day, and have been here each day checking status. Such great guys - so considerate & tonight I get to sleep in my bed again🙂. Job WELL DONE!!!
