thanks – I called and spoke with Rachel at about 8am in the morning to see if there was a possiblity I could get an appointment the next day. My mom recommended these guys (shes are a regular I guess and I had no clue). They did not dissapoint and were able to get out here the next day (which was nice). They were a little expensive but I guess you get what you pay for these days. Other than that, everything that mentioned on the phone got done so thats good enough for me.
good results, was happy – i needed somebody quick to get our condo cleaned so i tried this company. they were the only ones who had same day appointment so i booked. the girl i spoke to had the guys show up within about an hour. they came in and cleaned, and got really bad dirt/soil by my entrance cleaned. i'de use them again when i move to my new place
Be careful with this business! – I wish I would have seen these other reviews before calling this company. They left my carpet so wet that it mildewed,When I called them to send some one out to fix the problem, they sent out 2 threatening looking guys that told me there was nothing they could do because my carpet was old and cheap and covered with cat urine.I called them to clean my 2 year old carpet because we had been remodeling and my house had gotten very dusty. WARNING! They will ruin your carpet! This A1 location has the worst customer service I have ever received! They send people to your home that look like they're on drugs, or just got out of prison. They "cleaned" my carpet and it was so sopping wet for 3 days that now it smells like mildew and they refuse to do anything about it.
