We have recently bought from this dealer and found a beautiful 2015 Kia optima on the lot. It was in outstanding condition! Other than a few bumps, scrapes and other minor things on the car everything works and runs smoothly! After driving this car for a little over a week now I can tell that everything runs good and I can tell that I definitely got lucky with it. Service was great and our dealer was very nice and told us everything we needed to know about my Kia.
These guys were incredible to work with not pushy very upfront gave me a great deal I highly recommend
I wanted to change my review. Previously I had been told the car I bought at a1 was too rusty for an alignment. I was really upset because obviously that's something the dealership would have known before selling. It turns out it wasn't that bad and I was able to get an alignment. It still pulls to the right a little but it's all good. As far as the water pump going out and the fan motor going bad, the dealership couldn't have known that would happen. I got a car from here a couple weeks ago maybe less than 2 weeks ago. The next day the car began having issues. Mostly routine maintenance issues. The electrical starting having issues and the water pump went out already. The car is over 20 years old and was a good price. It just sucks having to deal with these issues so soon after purchasing. I was hoping to be able to drive it for a few months at least before having these types of problems.
Got a car from here it had an oil leak, windshield fluid leak, and issue with the throttle body. they fixed the oil leak after weeks of complaining and talking to them. They did a really cheap fix and now it’s costing me 1000$. So far I put almost 1/3 of what the car originally cost me into fixing it so I can actually use it To add to the comment you made. You knew it had a whole in the windshield wiper reservoir. Ontop of it needing a fuel tank pressure sensor. And you knew it was leaking oil. But you never mentioned that. ... read more
