I'm a Japanese traveler. I rented a car! Thank you for your courteous service. I would like to use your services again next time! Driving was easy because most cars are right-hand drive and drive on the left side of the road!
Would have been awesome if it weren't for the receptionist. We rented twice in a row, on days back to back and both days we got clean, comfortable cars. The man who initially drives it out to the front for you is nice and welcoming and we didn't experience any problems. However, the receptionist working the computers is nasty! She's blunt, rude, and doesn't care about the customers patience or wellbeing other than the conditions the cars come back in.
Great service and hired Toyota Yaris was just what we wanted after having larger cars elsewhere. Team at A1 were very helpful set the GPS up for us and very courteous. Russ
Service was prompt, friendly & helpful. Kia Cerrato was spotless & a great little car with ample room for luggage in boot. No airport pickup is slight issue, but taxi was inexpensive to their business. Certainly a favourable review. Second occasion we have acquired their services.
I walked in at 8am on the day I needed a car, no booking, and had a car within 10 minutes. Great service, good price, no fuss, no hassles - had a great time in a reliable car seeing the sights around Cairns. Highly recommend!
