I highly recommend A1 Capitol Construction! The owner, Giovanni, is an absolutely special human being. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, responsive, thoughtful and transparent. His foreman Mauricio and office manager are also amazing. I had a very unfortunate situation with a previous contractor that performed a construction job involving a 2 story open porch repair. There's not enough ways to express the amount of gratitude that I have for A1Capital Construction and their team! We had a bad experience with a prior contractor who left us with an incomplete home addition. I found A1Capital on the BBB and saw all of the rave reviews and contacted them. We were skeptical, as we had such a horrible experience, but Giovanny (owner) came to see us right away. A1 Capital has always provided a high quality job in a professional & responsive manor. I met Giovanny & his wife at an open house I was hosting, which they purchased for their family. From there A1 Capital hired me to market three gutter renovated houses. When working with Giovanny & his team they had an exceptional eye for creativity and attention to deal. I found Giovanny to keep a high standard and resolved any problems quickly. I like working with A1 Capital and have found them to be A1 on all the projects.

Following sewage backup in our basement caused by Hurricane Ida, we met with a number of different contractors for a complete renovation of our main basement area, as well as the adjacent bathroom. A1 was the clear choice to us given their immediately noticeable attention to detail and professionalism. We had Giovanny and his team recently turn a screened in porch in to a den and also do a basement clean up for us. We couldn't be happier with the work and the professionalism from him and his team. This is not our first renovation and comparatively it was a much better experience. Giovanny is responsive and present.
