Great contractor all around! Highly recommend for a renovation or new construction. Completed the job according to architectural plans and managed all aspects of the project from start to finish. Project came out better than expected. Giovanny and his team are very easy to work with! The extra attention to detail made a big difference. Worksite was very clean. Had great ideas for a few extra add ons (cabinets, shelves, counter tops, closets) that really stand out.
We used A1 Capital Construction for a gut and refurbishment of our kitchen, which included taking out walls and changing window positions. Giovanny and his crew did a great job, we would use them again.
Excellent, Excellent, Excellent from start to finish! We had major construction done in our house - kitchen, basement and 4 bathrooms with everything you can imagine - and there are no regrets or complaints. I highly recommend A1 Capitol Construction! The owner, Giovanni, is an absolutely special human being. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, responsive, thoughtful and transparent. His foreman Mauricio and office manager are also amazing. I had a very unfortunate situation with a previous contractor that performed a construction job involving a 2 story open porch repair. There's not enough ways to express the amount of gratitude that I have for A1Capital Construction and their team! We had a bad experience with a prior contractor who left us with an incomplete home addition. I found A1Capital on the BBB and saw all of the rave reviews and contacted them. We were skeptical, as we had such a horrible experience, but Giovanny (owner) came to see us right away.
