Avoid this place like the plague!!! Full of excuses and ripping people off!!
Wished that I had read the reviews BEFORE going out twice to view a motorhome and up to 4hrs viewing in total, Paid a substantial deposit and “subject to final inspection”. Was basically attempts with “bullyish” attempts to make us purchase. Took over 5 days before we saw our money back in our bank as bank a/c had been “locked” . Sry John, your responses to me were unprofessional- do I see correctly the sale price has increased by &5k or am I mistaken?
If I could give less that one star.. I would. Go somewhere else..John is incompetent at selling caravans. We picked up our van later than expected because he dragged out the process of it being inspected. He stated that he had cleaned it after being asked multiple times, yet when we picked it up, it was absolutely filthy.. it took us 3 full days to disinfect and steam clean everything. The fridge was broken, error codes coming up.. luckily after calling repairers, one stated I have one last year of warranty on the fridge. Pl... read more
I strongly suggest finding another place to purchase a van. I attended and inspected the van, it wasn’t turned on so a good look over and everything appeared great. Spoke to John and set conditions of purchase including an upgrade from 3300 to 3500 ATM due to the vans ad stating it had airbag suspension and a compressor fridge only to arrive and find out it didn’t have either.
