Didn't find obvious wood rot around windows, in multiple locations. Touched the paint around the window and my finger went straight through, don't know how these things were missed - paint was obviously waving and the main issue was in the middle of the lounge room, completely accessible. Won't be using them again

We needed a building and pest inspection done urgently. Called up over the weekend and they were able to fit us in at 9am on the Monday and get the report to us by 2pm that same day. Incredible turnaround time. The quality of the report was also great. The inspector had obviously gone to a good amount of effort to inspect all areas and report honestly.

I used A1 for a building and pest and they uncovered things the REA building and pest didn’t. Worthwhile service, friendly and knowledgeable inspector. Will use again if need be.
