I recently built a JADU, my experience was great. Andrew is good at what he does the project turned out really nice I’m very satisfied with the results.
Andrew of A1Building Contractors LLC was selected because he was willing to listen to my vision for a new garage. He gave me the best advice for working with the City. He most importantly stayed within my budget for replacing the 100 year old 2 car garage.
**Received response from company with apology followed by another soliciting email!!! This company must be DESPERATE FOR BUSINESS!!! Unable to respect public!** Based on lack of customer service, we’ll never do business and will spread the word throughout Placer & Sacramento County! Refuses to respect our request to stop soliciting and sending multiple emails soliciting business! When we stop receiving emails, we’ll remove review!!!!!
I have known Andrew for a long time built an ADU with him and I will say he is an exceptional contractor and just an overall great person. very knowledgeable in the ADU space and very knowledgeable in the entire building process from foundation to finish. definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to build anything from an ADU, all the way up to a Large custom . Andrew did an amazing job rebuilding an impossible arbor at our back patio! Not only did he deal with unexpected dry rot, termites and rat droppings, he was able to overcome structural defects. He spent extra time being meticulous and precise! The end result was perfection! I would highly recommend Andrew for any of your construction needs!
