Honestly couldn’t be happier with Andrew and A1 Building Contractors. They built us a 1,000 sqft 2 bed / 2 bath ADU here in Sacramento and it came out AMAZING. What I appreciated the most was how smooth everything felt permits, design, timeline Andrew handled it all and kept us in the loop the whole time. Unable to respect public!** Based on lack of customer service, we’ll never do business and will spread the word throughout Placer & Sacramento County! Refuses to respect our request to stop soliciting and sending multiple emails soliciting business! When we stop receiving emails, we’ll remove review!!!!!
I have known Andrew for a long time built an ADU with him and I will say he is an exceptional contractor and just an overall great person. very knowledgeable in the ADU space and very knowledgeable in the entire building process from foundation to finish. definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to build anything from an ADU, all the way up to a Large custom .
