Easy 2 deal with/ completely professional finished the job with presision and before the finish date of job
This contractor was hired to put an awning over our back patio and paid $2500.00 cash to start the job August 1, 2021. He has not made an appearance since . We have called them and only get excuses that "he meant to get started" . Has not refunded our money and it is now mod December 2021. He is a crook and we will see him in court.
Hired him for a roof job, but he did not seal it correctly and it leaked through. After calling him out several times, he finally agreed to fix it. Come to find out, he installed #40 felt instead of bitumen - where residential code clearly states that bitumen underlayment is required. Had to tear off a section of roof and install new bitumen underlayment. - We worked it out and he refunded repair cost after negotiation. Raised my review from 1 to 4 stars.
