I came in specifically to see TT because she always does my eyebrows to my liking but Nissa kept insisting I go to her because TT was “busy.” I wanted to wait for TT, but eventually agreed to go with Nissa. She did my eyebrows so slowly that it was so painful, and in the end, she completely ruined them. 🤦♀️ My eyebrows were so thin and uneven. I should have trusted my gut. I’m beyond upset and will NEVER go back to Nissa!!

This place is a scam. I have to speak up because they think they have the best customer service without complaints but it's NOT TRUE. They keep saying they have rules and need to follow them, but it seems like their “rules” are just an excuse to treat customers however they want. They do not care about what the customer is asking for and simply do whatever they want, then charge for it. I asked them to dye my eyebrows light brown and even showed them a picture.
