I had my car repaired here a couple of years ago and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. I was upfront that the damage was caused accidentally by a neighbour and I wanted to keep costs reasonable. However, the insurance claim and repair ended up being much more extensive than what I believed was necessary, and my neighbour later received a significantly higher bill from the insurer as a result.
