Tried to replace my entire bumper for a broken clip. Asked if they could try anything else and they said no.
They have to be the worst auto shop around. It took them 3 tries to try and repair the car. Even then the car wasn’t repaired correctly. The issues were many such as None of the panels lined up All of the panels were not painted correctly. Overspray to other panels and lights. Moulding there are obvious were missing. Went here yesterday about 1:15 PM for an estimate on some body work, since it's five minutes from my house. Door was locked, and no one was there, even though the door read "open from 8-5." No other sign posted. Went next door to State Farm to ask if they knew why, but no luck. Didn't have time to wait, so I ended up giving my business to Boca Auto Paint and Body across town. Wonder if the owner(s) here know about the unprofessional presentation?
