I had a hornet colony with multiple “nest” in my wall in an area that was exposed when I had an unused chimney taken down. They were buried in insulation as I found out when I pulled out one handful when I went to replace the insulation. I had no idea the extent of the problem. George was amazing ! He was quick, knowledagble, and funny! Such a blessing we got him. It also was so easy to get an appt and they were here thr very next morning I called! We have used A1 quite few times at our homes in MI and I will continue to use them as I am a lifelong customer !
