We are a repeat customer because of our positive past experiences with this company. The most recent visit was no exception. The technician was courteous and thorough. He diagnosed the issue and made his recommendation. I gave the go ahead and he donned his protective gear, treated the area, removed the problematic part of the tree branch, and then bagged up the downed foliage and took it away. Problem solved with no additional involvement on my part. Job well done.
