This company has the BEST service and prices. Had my battery changed in there work shop and the Team were very Professional. Thanks Team I will recommend to everyone.
Stopped there this morning with a dud battery. Staff were fantastic. Checked battery to confirm it was crook and replaced it straight away. Back on road within half an hour. Could not ask for better service.
Cannot praise these guys enough. Dedicated workers with the aim to please. Above all this, it was after 5pm last Friday that they provided top class service to supply & fit a battery. Well done A1! Cheers.
Brought battery to suit car, which kept going flat overnight in car. Took back and got loan battery over weekend which stayed charged. Said they tested battery and was good but went flat overnight again. Asked to replace battery with a better quality battery and pay difference but was told no. So beware people as there warranty is not worth anything or there customers once they have made the sale. Very Disappointing.
Suffered from the traditional cold morning battery failure. The team at A1 Battery Pro Mackay were able to resolve my issue (along with a number of other people that suffered from the same affliction that I did on the morning of the 19/05/2025.) Doors opened at 7am, was on my way by 7.20am with new battery fitted. (would have been quicker if it wasn't for the elusive battery bracket fitment issue that I could not get but was resolved first go by the battery tech.)
