Made an appointment with Jay twice. First time he was late, which I can understand. But he proceeded to get the length I asked for wrong. So give guy another shot, he has a guy in the chair who’s hair he’s cutting. What’s the point of appointments if you’re not gonna be ready at said time? 30 mins later, he proceeds to cut my hair and get it wrong again! Pay attention to what your customers are telling you and get off the phone bro
