While their work is quality, their communication and professionalism leaves A LOT to be desired. Their timelines are “fluid”—at best. And they are not timely or courteous at contacting customers after they’ve been contacted. I’m not sure if they do not consider the scope of the work I submitted substantial enough to warrant any degree of priority and courtesy, but I am disappointed.
