Staffs here are really friendly and professional, they provided me the right parts I need even with a tricky import vehicle, and I am not a fully qualified mechanic, and they are really easy to fit! only takes 5 mins
Recently the service levels have taken a real nose dive. I am a fully qualified mechanic and when ordering a part that one of staff told me was the correct item from his computer. It turns out it was the wrong part and he decides to berate me when I try to return it. Blaming the customer for something you did wrong in order to save face is not a way you get returned business.
Accidentally found when doing some digging online for parts, what a surprise, much cheaper and better service than sca. 100% will recommend friends to come
