The great place to go even when they drop your call when you're not busy they will return it anyway just to make sure you got help. To me that's a good A1 employee and the store is lucky to have that Guy.
From the beginning, my experience with A-1 Autobody has been absolutely terrible. When I dropped my truck off for repair work for an insurance claim, the owner of A-1 couldn’t take a check or credit card payment because his “bank account was frozen”. It took him MONTHS to order repair parts and get started on the work. He had issues communicating effectively with my insurance company and with me as a client.
