Skoda service pack and warranty expired, so thought I'd try a Euro specialist. Friendly and competent staff. They explained everything that was needed for my regular service as well as quoted on issues that needed my attention and the potential long-term $$$ pain if not rectified. Not pushy about it though.
Had a flat tyre as there was a nail in it and upon inspection all my tyres were worn down. I’ve had problems with how I’ve been losing traction all the time when accelerating. Adam is very knowledgeable and basically gave me a PhD in tyre technology on the spot, and replaced all my tyres with some Pirelli P Zeros and did a wheel alignment. Came for a pink slip and they failed me on the tyres. Bit surprising as I replaced all tyres 3 years ago and barely drive the car (WFH full time). When we looked, all wear bars were clearly below the current tread level meaning my tread levels are legal (over 1.5mm). Couldn't be bothered arguing. Took my car to another inspection centre and passed immediately, no issues. Won't be coming back here.
