I was really in a pinch needing maintenance done on my car, and when I came into contact with Taylor, I remembered her name because she had great customer service and made me feel empowered when I was feeling discouraged. Normally it’s my husband who brings the cars in for maintenance, not me, but Taylor made it easy. I heard about A-1 Auto Service Center from my cousin and I’m so glad I listened! We were in and out in a jif (not Jiffy Lube, lol). Taylor really took care of me and I look forward to coming back.
I had a fantastic experience at A1 Auto. I've met some shady and charlatan companies in my day but the tech, Gil, was honest, straightforward, and extremely encouraging. He told us what issues were worth prioritizing and which ones could be dealt with later unlike many mechanics that try to put pressure on fixing several things at once.
