Had Charles work on my vehicle <year (last October) ago to do upper and lower ball joints. Process was seamless to bring him the vehicle and yeah it took a bit longer than anticipated but that’s fine. After the work was finished I informed him that they were not seated correctly (didn’t follow the AC Delco instructions to properly seat ball joint dust shields + lubrication) and needed to be corrected to avoid premature failure.
