Had to have my back 3 seatbelts replaced. Did it in a giffy. Great pricing and very knowledgeable.
Had Charles work on my vehicle <year (last October) ago to do upper and lower ball joints. Process was seamless to bring him the vehicle and yeah it took a bit longer than anticipated but that’s fine. After the work was finished I informed him that they were not seated correctly (didn’t follow the AC Delco instructions to properly seat ball joint dust shields + lubrication) and needed to be corrected to avoid premature failure. Laziest mechanic I have ever seen. He charges a lot. And uses ChatGPT. On everything.
This is our second time bringing our work van to this shop, and Charles has done an amazing job both times! He’s repaired our brakes and recently replaced the alternator and pulley the van runs perfectly now. His prices are fair, and the service is always fast and reliable. Highly recommend!
