I was recently cited for my window tint on my driver side and it’s not that dark! So I called to see if they could do their test/measurement. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful and suggested I come in. She took one look at my window and said that is definitely not illegal and couldn’t believe I received a citation! These folks are great! Took our Subaru Outback in to have the cracked windshield replaced and recalibrated. They said it would take 2-3 hrs to complete. It was ready in about 1 1/2 hrs. The cost was about half the price of Safelite. This is the second time I have had a windshield replaced here. The first time was for my Ford truck, and they were great then. When my Subaru windshield was hit by a rock, A1 was the first place I thought of to have it replaced. Very friendly employees.
Tommy and Tony were of great help. We had two Tesla Model 3’s tinted all-around today. We met with Tommy initially and he explained the differences in the tint they carry. He took his time explaining minute details to me when I asked him. We settled on CTX 25 for both vehicles. Once done, both vehicles looked amazing. No rip-off here!! We have an old 1997 Toyota Rav4 that leaked badly from the windsheld everytime it rained or we washed the car. Took it to another repair shop & they couldn't fix it because of significant rust all over the frame. A-1 was able to repair it for us at a reasonable price & very quick turn-around. I'm happy with the price, the service & friendly staff. I highly recommend this place for windsheld and/or seal repairs!
Customer service is absolutely amazing. Tony talked me through the different types of tint and pricing. Didn’t feel pressured to go with any specific one which was nice. Ended up choosing the ceramic and my windows came out looking so good. Definitely recommend them!
