This place is horrible, had a windshield replaced glass fragments all over inside on my leather seats and floor. Plus had to go back on same day because they did not totally seal the windshield. Never ever would I go back.
Very bad experience with this company!!!They did a very poor job and they don't even want to come to fix their mess. Please be aware!!!

Just have to say the worst business ever. Gave me the run around, always a ill call back and nothing then was told the glass was ordered deposit was put and then no glass. Was told they don’t know when it’s coming in and to get my deposit back. Then when I tried to do that they were rude and not very nice a total let down since they were referred by someone whom I trusted I wouldn’t waste my time. What happened to good customer service?? AND IT WOULD BE NO STARS BUT IT SAYS I HAVE TO GIVE ONE!!

Having an older car windshield replaced by this company was a very big mistake! They were very prompt over the phone. But, I was unable to be present at the time of installation. (my mis fortune) They were gone when I got back to my car. This is what I saw...the installer inside the car cracked the dash foam with either his elbow or the heel of his foot. I called A1 Auto Glass to get a price quote for a windshield a day before my installation and they said it would be $145.00 for Pilkington brand stamped and $130.00 for the China FUYAO brand stamped. I told the office clerk I wanted to order the Pilkington brand stamped since the don't have Carlite brand stamped. The next I called to have the Pilkington windshield ordered and installed. Horrible service and shody, fast-paced installation. I had to call their office 4 times asking where the installers of my windshield were. Their response was "in an hour". This was told to me a total of 4 times and lasted over 4 hours. When they finally arrived, it seemed as though they were in a race against time which resulted in an incomplete installation of my windshield, with the windshield seal not properly seated against sealing surface.Very poor quality customer service and workmanship. CUSTOMER BEWARE!!!
