My focus ST had a coolant and oil leak, booked into A1 to be fixed and I'm completely satisfied with the level of service I've received. The staff were great, very friendly, and happy to chat about my car. It needed a new egr cooler, which was replaced and they kept the old one to show me when I collected the car. They gave it a service, and replaced the filters etc. Highly recommended.
Brilliant services as always. I have been getting my MOT done since 2019. These guys are professional and ease of getting the MOT done is at its highest level. I cannot imagine going to another garage highly recommended.
Honest people and recommended garage. Found them online with great reviews. Booked my Range rover Full servicing and MOT by email with prompt and great communication from them. On the scheduled day, I was checked in with very good communications from Dave. Ben called me to provide an update on MOT and servicing and as promised they updated online service record with Land Rover too. Very happy customer and I will come back again.
Bunch of jokers over here wouldn’t recommend. I’ve 2 bad experiences with them already. I booked my appointment 1 week in advance with a set time, several hours pass on the day (keeping in mind they had literally 2 cars there when I came) after that time passed I asked them what’s going on, they reply “oh we’re so busy” there’s so many people bla bla. Went here for MOT today, everyone is very polite and friendly and the service is great. There is no need for appointment so you can organise your time as you please and they try their best to make the waiting time as short as possible. I was very impressed with the owner’s attitude, very approachable and respectful. While I was waiting they checked on me and kept apologising for the wait which is a great way to make customer feel observed and comfortable.
