They never got back to me about an appointment. Very disappointing.
A1 was referred to me by the service department at Toyota Santa Fe who they have worked with for a number of years. I have an old Highlander with 150K miles, so I was not looking to spend a lot of money to repair my roof rack, which was partially dislodged when I ran it into the ceiling of an open garage.
