took my vehicle into get diagnostics ran on . They never called me to give updates I had to constantly call them and each time I got the run around avoiding my questions they ran my bill through the roof . Two weeks later they still didn't know anything. So I had a friend take me to get my belongings out of my vehicle . Went inside to get my key soon as I opened the doors of my vehicle I noticed several items missing. Haven't actually put my car in the shop. My air conditioning went out and instead of putting it in shop guy at counter told me that 99% of the time on hondas the relays go out. They could of not said anything and charged me hundreds of dollars to fix. Ended up costing me $12.99 definitely will give them my business when needed. Lot of respect.
My truck got robbed while it was being serviced. Stole an amplifier and tools. They should have locked my doors. Paid over $1000 and lost another $1500.
