I’ve been going to A1 Auto Care for years, but my recent experiences have left me completely disappointed. I recently discovered that the engine oil cover under my car was missing. Shockingly, I checked my wife’s car—also serviced here—and her oil cover was gone too. Clearly, they removed the covers during oil changes and never bothered to put them back.
