Samsungs repair company had rescheduled with me twice, saying they did not have the replacement part. Estimated $400 min to fix the refrigerator and would need to schedule another appointment to fix the ice maker. Made an appointment online in the morning for the afternoon. Ben fixed the refrigerator in an hour for $100 less than Samsung quote. Had the replacement part in his van and also fixed the ice maker for free.
Best and totally worth it service repair. I called in the morning and gave details about my washer that wasn't working properly. She said someone will come out between 1-5 the same day which was great. The man came around 3 and wore a mask and went straight to work to see why my washer wasn't draining. He got all the still water out and unclog the washer. He was working for about 20 minutes and the total service price was $150 which I was very happy to pay. Overall great and fast service local service!
Scheduled an appointment online over the weekend. A gal called me to confirm my appointment Monday morning (the appoinment was for 1pm-5pm that same day), I missed the call so a VM was left on my phone. I called back an hour later and confirmed. 4:45pm: no technician, no call, no text, no email....so I call their office before they close to see whats going on.
