I had a good experience with them. scheduled the appointment and they came out same day (in the afternoon). dude had the part on him already so no need to order. good at his job and quick. no notes.
I was told my oven needed the board replaced and he was not sure if he could get a new one, said he would let me know the next day. I never heard from him so I called him and left a message, I also called and left a message at the office, neither of them called me back. I finally got a hold of the office and was told she would find out from the tech and call me back, I never received a call back from the office or the tech, Terrible service.
This place is great. Washer abs dishwasher both fixed fast and easy. Prices aren't too bad
The repair and information provided by the technician was very well executed. Very much appreciated the service. Many thanks to Igor for a job well done.
