Received a scam call from this number. Claimed I won a cruise vacation I never signed up for.
Don't use this company EVER. Tech showed up 4 hours after he said he would be there. Then said I had to pay him before he fixed it to buy the parts. OK, I give the guy money to buy the parts, he gives me a receipt. He's supposed to come back next day. No show, no call. I call him, he says parts came in late, will be there tomorrow. OK. No show, no call again. Now every time I try to call, he either doesn't answer, has someone else answer, or says he's on his way and will be there in 15 mins, and, obviously, still has not sho... read more
