Samsungs repair company had rescheduled with me twice, saying they did not have the replacement part. Estimated $400 min to fix the refrigerator and would need to schedule another appointment to fix the ice maker. Made an appointment online in the morning for the afternoon. Ben fixed the refrigerator in an hour for $100 less than Samsung quote. Had the replacement part in his van and also fixed the ice maker for free.
Needed some repair on my refrigerator, called this company, first their web site quoted me 65.00 service call then on the confirmation call back the price jumped to 80.00. technician was not professional, took off some parts , played on his phone for a long time , then complained he couldn't get the internet on his phone. Then he could not diagnose the problem, when I asked did he check the solenoids he mumbled I not sure I have my OHM meter.
