These guys were terrible. They came to the house to fix my oven. The fan didn’t work and they said they didn’t make the replacement parts anymore for my 9 year old oven. Charged me $49 and wrote on the invoice that everything worked fine. The next company I had look at the oven diagnosed the issue immediately and found the new parts no problem. Will be back in two days the install. What a difference! Warning! Do use these guys!!

Had an appointment window from 3-5 on a weekday. Calls at 340. My girlfriend misses the call because she is at work. She calls back within 5 minutes, he says "sorry, I'm already on to woodland for my next repair". I was at home because I took the day off so he could repair our washe machine. Very unprofessional.
Came and repaired the fridge and promised a refund if it didn't work. It didn't work and when I asked for the refund he said it would be coming... multiple calls, no refund. Owner was a pain to work with. Only good thing was the repair guys were nice.
