I enjoyed there enthusisasum, and work ethics. Also liked the way they wanted to please me.
It took me long to make this review just because at first, I was so upset and disappointed, that I thought my emotions would affect my rating. Six months later and still trying to look at it objectively, but I cant. Disappointed, by all means.

She had no problems then she got hair line crack in concrete (cracked to control joint.) Concrete cracks that's why we cut control joints. I contacted my supplier they said the mix was good. Contacted building department made sure everything passed inspection and asked if if they heard anything from costumer they said everything passed and costumer did call. They told her concrete cracks.
It has been 4 months and the 2 walls and floor they were hired to build are still not done. We were told that electricians were due to show up and after cancelling our plans - no one showed. That happened twice. When the wiring was finally installed - it didn't pass the building inspection because they had used the wrong type of wire ( one would think they would know what type to use). The permit took six weeks. No work can start till you have a permit. Poured concrete let concrete cure for five days built walls ordered Windows and door took two weeks to get widows back installed Windows and door. Electrician did fail inspection he went back out and corrected had my guy go out and do punch list got final inspection 1/19/2016. And did all this over this holidays. Ps. Good and quality work performed. Very courteous and great customer service.
They were easy to work with, knew what they were doing, were timely (as they had promised). Only problem was they forgot a tool needed for the job, had to go to Lowes to buy it so the job took a bit longer than expected. They cleaned up pretty well. The windows look great.
We did not get any calls from them when they did not show up as planned to explain the delay or set another date until we called them several times. When we finally reached them it was explained why. Then they did as should and called us to let us know when they were to be here. They need better customer service. Other then that we are very satisfied with the sunroom and the men who did it.

Costumer tried to get my employees to spray bleach on pool enclosure while we were up there rescreening they told him politely it's not on contract. When I went out and sold job he asked me how much to spray bleach I told him 250.00 he said he would do it him self that was to much. He tried to go behind my back. My employees called me I asked to speak to him and he said no thanks..
I took some time to get the permits from the county but it is worth it. Both workers were courtesy and understanding of our needs. They left my property clean of all waste. They did a great job. I would hire them again. Nick B
They did a great job, but needs to come back this week to finish. They are yet to instal the protective cover to keep debree from getting into the gutters.
