I did have to wait longer than expected but figure it was there work load. Quality was exceptional and workforce was very easy to get along with. Very accommodating. Also installed ceilings on two patios as well, very nice. Would definitely use again and recommend. Jim A.
Some of the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. About the only good thing is that they showed up to give me an estimate when they said they would be there. After they took my order and my check for half of the cost...i constantly had to contact them to find out what was going on. It took close to 2 months for them to install my awnings. I didn't mind the wait as much as their lack of communication in keeping me informed of what was going on...why was it taking so long. (they told me they were having problem... read more
Business response:
Had no control over supplier he called and asked statice we called manufacture they said it would be a week or two let him know that and we said we would call when it came in he agreed awnings came in on Friday called that day and said we would install next day so we did he never said anything was wrong or bothering him and I get this bad review who new.
Workers very professional and did an excellent job

These folks were quite nice, efficient and professional. The two who did most of the work were great and really worked with me to get the best possible job on my new gutters. They even going under my deck to finish installation on a rain barrel I purchased separately. My only issue was pushing back the installation date due to worker's illness - not a big deal.
