I highly recommend A1 Aluminum. The entire experience was positive from start to finish. I appreciate dealing with the owner rather than a salesman. Communication on the progress of my order and scheduling was prompt and accurate. The quality of the materials and most importantly the craftsmen was excellent. I cant say enough good things about them. I have future projects and I fully intend to use A1 Aluminium!!!
Scott and his workers did exactly what they said they would. To quote my wife, "the aluminum porch roof and railings were worth every penny"!
THEY HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO START WORK BECAUSE THEY ARE FIGHTING THE COUNTY WITH ME TO GET A " gOOD" PLAT OF OUR LAND , MEASURING SEVERAL TIMES, ..TO SHOW THE COUNTY THAT WE HAVE ENOUGH ROOM TO BUILD THE PORCH
Very happy with the work. Did exactly what they said they would do.
They built a screen room with concrete foundation/floor. Though they warned me the concrete would need to be left alone to cure; they did not tell me that the nearby trees would cover the cement with stains, or the unexpected expense of hiding the problem. If you plan to cover your cement with paint, tile, or whatever the company is fine. Otherwise plan extra money for the project because that is what you will need to do.

We did not know anything about the staining tree when my workers were there to finish up the job. She said everything was fine and gave them the last draw of the contract. She called me a few days later asking me when my workers were coming back to clean the concrete. I asked her what do you mean cause when my guys were there a few days ago you told them everything looked great and paid them. The gentleman who did the work was courteous and friendly, did an excellent job and cleaned up after. The rate was agreed on the phone and there were no extra charges.
He has not finished the job up to today Does not clean up after No final walk through
Windows were a little hard to move but a Teflon spray on the track was helpful. Happy with the appearance, good value!
